1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and any other items received with the order.
- The return request must be submitted within the specified return window.
2. Return Charges
If you wish to return a product because you do not like it, have changed your mind, or are dissatisfied with it for personal reasons, a flat return fee of ₹99 will apply.
This amount will be deducted from your eligible refund.
For example, if your order value is ₹799, you will receive a refund of ₹700 after the ₹99 return fee is deducted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video, where available.
Note: UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE CLAIMS.
Once the issue has been verified, DripX will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a refund or replacement, as applicable.
No ₹99 return fee will be charged for verified cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
4. Non-Returnable Products
A return may be declined if:
- The product has been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, or included accessories.
- The return request is submitted after the applicable return window.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
These exclusions do not apply where a return or refund is required by applicable law.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For returns due to personal preference, the ₹99 return fee will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
